Warranty Information for Chicago Textile Corp (CTC)

 

Chicago Textile's commitment is to provide you with the highest quality materials and workmanship that will give you years of comfort, service and beauty.

CTC warrants furniture frames to be free of manufacturing defects for the life of the product under normal, noncommercial usage.

CTC warrants cushions against the loss of resiliency for 1 year under normal, noncommercial use. The fiber on some cushions will relax with normal use.

CTC warrants the workmanship of zippers and seam slippage for 1 year under normal, noncommercial use. The fabrics themselves are not warranted due to the unique properties of each type of fabric and how they are cleaned. Suggested cleaing is indicated on sewn-in labels with our products.

Chicago Textile Corp guarantees the original retail purchaser, they will repair or replace, at their option, any part or parts they deem to have manufacturing defects covered under the Chicago Textile Corp warranties.
