Warranty Information for Nuevo - INDOOR FURNITURE LINE

 

  • Nuevo products are warranted to be free of manufacturer defects for one year


  • All Nuevo products are not to be used for commercial purposes unless otherwise specified


  • Any misuse of Nuevo products will nullify the warranty

 

 

 

Warranty Information for Nuevo - OUTDOOR FURNITURE LINE

 

  • Sub frame of every piece is constructed of aluminum


  • Aluminum is powder coated for extra protection against the elements


  • Wicker resin rattan is made of polyethylene and ash


  • Wicker resin is UV protected against fading


  • Wicker resin is waterproof


  • Cushions are medium density quick dry foam


  • Cushion and pillow fabrics are UV protected polycotton


  • A snapped fiber of wicker resin can usually be reconnected with heat from an iron


  • Wicker resin can be hosed down for easy cleaning


  • Wicker resin is totally weather proofed against heat and cold, though Nuevo recommends taking cushions inside for the winter and covering furniture


  • 2 year warranty on normal use. If there is a problem Nuevo reserves the right to fix or replace the item.
